Hey there – welcome to the very first post on the Home Fitness 411 blog.
My name is Lori, and I’m the owner of Home Fitness 411. I’ve been a home exerciser for years, and have the workout DVD collection to prove it. My DVDs run the gamut, from basic yoga to high-intensity aerobics and everything in-between. I’ve got single DVDs released by unknown fitness instructors to full-blown systems from Beachbody. If I don’t own an exercise DVD, chances are I’ve at least heard of it.
Like I said, I’ve been working out at home for quite some time – sometimes because there was no affordable gym nearby, but mostly just because I loving exercising in the comfort and convenience of my own home. I’ve learned a lot about home fitness – and fitness in general – over the years, and I started this website and blog to share that knowledge with others. My goal is to help those just starting out on their fitness journey as well as fellow fitness veterans. I’ll be providing information on a wide variety of topics, hopefully a least a couple of times a week on this blog and the website.
